ORDERING
You can use the surfacenoise shopping cart set up and make Payments for Items through PayPall. Just add your items to the Cart and Check Out your order and fill in your details. We will notify you of received payment and shipping of items.

ARTWORKS
You can get order by email or phone and we will arrange in advance the appropriate means of delivery and payment.

You can also Email info@surfacenoise.com or call +44 (0)7971 978389 with your request stating:

1. T-shirt name and Stock number
2. Size and Colour
3. And quantity

We will then confirm your order by email along with details of method of payment. Once we have received and cleared payments an email will be sent confirming shipping. We try to ship goods on the day of received and cleared payments.

DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES
UK (FREE POSTAGE)
INTERNATIONAL (£6.50).

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please notify us by email or call and state reason for returning goods. Goods must then be returned within 5 working days (10 days for outside UK) for a refund or an exchange. All goods must be returned in unworn, as new condition, with tags, original packaging and a copy of the invoice or receipt. All goods should be returned by recorded delivery to:

Please note it is your responsibility to pay for all return postage. Surfacenoise does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit.
